1.  Can the compound be appealed or reduced?
  Not all compounds can be reduced. This refers to compound rate guidelines approved by the Council; appeals for reduction can also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Where is the MPAJ Tower?
  MPAJ tower is located at Jalan Pandan Utama, Pandan Indah, opposite to Maxisegar building.
3. Can the compound payment, in addition to the MPAJ Tower, be made at Melawati Branch Office?
  Yes, besides the MPAJ Tower, compound payment can also be made at Taman Melawati Branch Office at the address: - Melawati Branch Office,
Taman Melawati, Bazaar MPAJ, Jalan Bandar, Taman Melawati, Hulu Kelang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Monday-Friday: 8.00 am-5.00 pm and Saturday: 9.00 am-2.00 pm
4. Why do I still get compounded when I already bought and displayed the monthly pass (season parking)?
  The monthly pass may not have been displayed at the car window or dashboard or does not appeare in a conspicuous place easy for the officer on duty to see.
5. Why does the enforcement office issue compound while the vehicle owner is buying the ticket?
  During inspection of vehicles in the parking lot, the enforcement personnel did not see a ticket displayed on the dashboard or windshield or other conspicuous place.
6. Why is compound issued to vehicles being parked momentarily while loading or unloading goods?
  Any vehicle parked in the parking lot has to pay and there is no exemption for vehicles loading/unloading goods.
7. Although compound has been paid, why do I still get a reminder notice?
  Payment records may have not been updated or there are technical or system problems. You can ignore the notice if compound has been paid.
