- The billboard visual sketch must be coloured in A4 size (square metres)
- The size of Malay words must be 30% larger than the company’s name and other languages and prioritised in terms of position.
- The visual must display words with proper spelling and grammar.
- If the business is not registered in the Malay language, it need not be translated into Malay language. However, the advertisement must state its activity in Malay language.

- Business license reference number should be placed at the bottom right hand corner of the billboard.
- Do not exhibit any irreverent visual which is insensitive towards any race @ religion.
