  • For minor repairs the Department is conducting 'in house'
  • Management of civil liability insurance claims applications.

 

Privatization and R&D Section

  • Managing land applications for the purpose of land ownership by land disposal, temporary occupancy licenses and foreclosures.
  • Managing the lease of land owned by the Council.
  • Managing the sale of Council assets including buildings and land.
  • Offer to rent Council quarters to eligible occupants.
  • Manage and settle land tax payments for Council assets.
  • Monitor all development projects jointly on site in accordance with the designated development progress schedule.
  • To prepare reports to the Council on the basis of privatized projects.
  • Monitor all signed joint venture documents - management by the Legal Department.
  • Update property owner's information based on proposed planning permission, search at the Land Office and complaints from owners.
  • Updating RSS plans, location plans and village plans within the MPAJ area.
  • Gather information related to public auctions, market rentals from newspaper clippings and the internet.
  • Reviewing, updating and investigating new property development through the Technical Meeting & Plan meeting and approval of the Certificate of Occupation Certificate.
  • Manage information regarding the buyer list of new properties.
