Guidelines For Buying Safe Food:
– Buy food that is packed (in cans, bottles, plastics or undamaged boxes)
– Damaged packing may give rise to contamination by bacteria or foreign matters.
–Make sure the food does not have any fungus, color changes, stink, or with worms.
– Make sure eggs are not cracked or broken by opening the egg container and checking the contents.
– Make sure the vegetables and fresh fruits are not withered, changing color, or stinking.

Guidelines For Safe Food Handling:
– Food that goes bad rapidly should quickly be kept in refrigerator or at appropriate places.  Examples are eggs, milk, meat and fishes.
– Make sure to keep the kitchen area and the cooking utensil clean all the time

– Wrap all kinds of injuries on the fingers with water proof wrappersbr> – Avoid sneezing, coughing into the food
– Do not smoke while preparing food
– Wash whatever utensils that happen to have fallen on the floor before they are being re-used
